Automotive Blast Cleaning

Classic cars, delicate parts and stainless steel.

At TB Blast Cleaning, we offer blast cleaning for classic cars and delicate parts. All vehicle work is carried out with a very fine media, at our Hailsham workshop.

  • Fine media

Used on classic cars and other vehicle work, so the surface is cleaned carefully.

  • Fibreglass shells

Delicate body shells, with the blast set for the material.

  • Bead blasting

UHV chambers, and a hygienic satin finish for food-industry stainless steel.

Blast cleaning for vehicles, and beyond.

We have worked with reputable companies across Sussex in the motor vehicle restoration industry, including Painting Classic Cars, Just Historic, Paragon, Goblin Automotive and many more.

  • Fibreglass body shells

We also blast clean delicate fibreglass body shells. The media and the pressure are set for the shell, rather than treated like a steel panel.

  • Bead blasting

We bead blast ultra-high vacuum (UHV) chambers, and items for the food industry where a hygienic satin finish is required. On stainless steel it leaves a uniform matte, or satin, surface that meets strict sanitary standards. See the bead blasting work.
